A review of important childbirth knowledge for parents who want to refresh their skills. One two and one half-hour class. Includes breathing relaxation techniques, stages of labor and delivery, and a tour of The Birthplace at Bridgeport Hospital.
Audience: Mom & coach strongly encouraged
