The bi-annual Holiday Tea, a benefit for the Norma F. Pfriem Breast Care Center, is held in the magnificently decorated Park Avenue home of Barbara Bellinger,a Breast Care Center board member. The event was featured in the book Christmas in Connecticut by television journalist Diane Smith.
