Dr. Harold Sauer is Chairman of the Obstetrics & Gynecology Department at Bridgeport Hospital. He was previously interim chairman and an associate professor of Obstetrics & Gynecology at Michigan State University.

Dr. Sauer received his medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit. He completed postgraduate specialty training, including a fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility, at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan. Dr. Sauer is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
