Project Heart Smart
Are you at risk for heart disease? Or do you just want to make sure you don't become at risk? In just eight weeks you can lower your blood pressure, lose weight, reduce your stress levels, lower your bad cholesterol levels, raise your good cholesterol levels, and learn healthy eating and exercise for your body type and have fun.
Each weekly group session includes exercise, stress reduction techniques and a gourmet, heart-smart dinner.
There is a fee for the eight-week program, with a discount for the second person in the same party (spouse, friend or relative).
