Provides Psychiatric Partial Hospital and Intensive Outpatient Services for children, adults and older adults. Intensive Outpatient services are also available for adolescents. Services include treatment for Psychiatric, Behavioral and Substance Abuse problems in a 3 – 5 day outpatient setting.

Schools, clinics, physicians, DCF and other healthcare providers may refer patients. Parents may also make direct referrals to the program. Please call 203-384-3377 and ask for an evaluation appointment.

Hours: Monday – Friday 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Medicaid and most commercial insurance plans cover the REACH Program. For more information and tours, please call 203-384-3377.
