The REACH Adolescent Service

An Intensive Outpatient program designed to meet the emotional, behavioral and psychiatric health needs of adolescents 13-17 years-of-age. Family involvement is highly encouraged. For more information, please call Jyll Souto, LCSW, at 203-384-3377.
