Enhanced Clinical Support (ECS) is a great way for providers to maximize the benefits of our Epic Electronic Medical Record system after go-live. ECS can assist physicians and APRNs by:
- Helping you respond to questions and requests
- Offering on-site support in the hospital or in your practice
- Conducting one-on-one review sessions (by appointment with at least 24-hours notice)
With ECS you can improve skills, knowledge and confidence. To use ECS in the hospital, please call 203-337-8545 Monday-Friday, 7 a.m.-3 p.m.; Saturday-Sunday, 7 a.m.- 12 p.m. Have a question or need ECS assistance in your office practice? Call our 24x7 service desk at 203-502-4357. If they cannot help you, they will transfer you to the ECS team.
