Financial aid for Barrett’s esophagus testing

Financial assistance for Barrett’s esophagus testing is available to patients with high-deductible insurance, are underinsured or do not have insurance. A grant for those who qualify is provided by the Klein Family Foundation, through the Bridgeport Hospital Foundation.

If you have patients who require an upper endoscopy to evaluate symptoms of Barrett’s esophagus, such as acid reflux, heartburn or a feeling of food being “stuck” after swallowing, please refer them to Patient Accounting at (203) 384-3988.
