A ribbon-cutting, 10 am Friday, Sept. 19 at the Bridgeport Hospital Outpatient Center, 5520 Park Avenue, Trumbull, marks the opening of a four-story, 450-space parking garage there.

Bridgeport Hospital’s Norma F. Pfriem Breast Care Center was reaccredited for another three-year term by the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers (NAPBC).

Yale New Haven Health System has taken a technological step forward in how physicians connect with patients by entering into a new, exclusive partnership with MDLIVE, a leading national provider of telehealth services.

The Clinical Documentation Specialist group reminds physicians when documenting any diagnosis, (including query diagnoses) to repeat the diagnosis in their progress notes until there is resolution.

The Hope Dispensary of Greater Bridgeport on East Main Street, Bridgeport, provides free medications to patients who cannot afford them – those with household incomes below 200 percent of the federal poverty level.

Get Healthy CT is a community coalition focused on preventing and reducing obesity by making the healthy choice the easy choice.
