Center for Sleep Medicine relocating diagnostic services to Holiday Inn

For the added convenience and comfort of patients, Bridgeport Hospital’s Center for Sleep Medicine is relocating its diagnostic services outside the hospital to the Bridgeport Holiday Inn at 1070 Main Street, effective Tuesday, May 31.

The Center’s physician and clinical specialist offices will remain at Bridgeport Hospital for all consultation and follow-up visits.

The public is invited to an open house at the new site on Wednesday, June 22, 4:30–7:00 p.m. The event will begin in the Holiday Inn’s Lido Room and include refreshments and tours. Parking is free. For information, call 203-384-3817.

The new diagnostic suite at the Holiday Inn offers many advantages for patients:

A convenient location in downtown Bridgeport, near the junction of I-95 and the Route 8/25 connector and within walking distance of the Bridgeport bus and train stations

A complimentary breakfast buffet after the completion of overnight sleep studies

Complimentary parking in the secure Holiday Inn garage

Free access to hotel services, including an indoor pool, fitness center and high-speed wireless Internet

Comfortably furnished rooms

SleepTech, the Center’s longtime diagnostic services partner, will continue to provide polysomnography and other technical support for sleep studies at the new Holiday Inn site.

Established in 2001, the Center for Sleep Medicine at Bridgeport Hospital is accredited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine for meeting national standards for staffing, leadership and facilities in providing high quality patient care for sleep disorders.
