The TEAS exam may be taken at BHSN or at any testing site. You will be given an opportunity to register for an exam date after your application is received. The non-refundable exam fee is $50.00. The TEAS exam may be taken at BHSN only once during each application period. If you are taking the TEAS exam at another institution you must notify BHSN in order for this score to be considered part of your application. TEAS scores submitted from institutions other than BHSN must come directly as official scores from ATI. It is the applicant’s responsibility to make those arrangements through ATI.

The Admissions Office will confirm receipt of your application via letter. It is the applicant's responsibility to ensure that BHSN has received all required application materials. BHSN Admissions are on a rolling basis.

High School Transcript

Applicants must submit an official high school graduation transcript or an official high school equivalency certificate (G.E.D). Records from secondary schools outside the United States must be accompanied by an original U.S. equivalency document from an approved translating agency. These will be evaluated on an individual basis. Verification of dates and discharge status are required of applicants who have served in the military. The Admissions office will retain an applicant’s high school transcript/G.E.D. and equivalency document (if applicable) for a period of one (1) academic year. This can be considered part of the application packet if the applicant applies in the subsequent application year only. All other application materials will not be maintained by the school once the application process is finalized.
