1. Official High School transcript or an official high school equivalency certificate (G.E.D).
  2. Official college transcript(s)

    Records from secondary schools outside the United States must be translated by an approved translating agency. These will be evaluated on an individual basis.
  3. All applicants are required to complete the TEAS (Test of Essential Academic Skills), a pre-admission exam. This exam is administered at the school for a non-refundable fee of $50.00. Applicants will be notified of exam dates following receipt of the completed application packet.
