Surgical Technology Program Requirements

1. High School graduation diploma or a high school equivalency certificate (G.E.D).
   
   Records from secondary schools outside the United States must be translated by an approved translating agency. These will be evaluated on an individual basis.
   
   
2. 2. All applicants are required to complete a pre-admission test. This test is administered at the school for a fee of $30.00. Applicants will be notified of a testing date following receipt of the completed application packet
