Garlic Walnut Sauce(Gluten-Free) 
Ingredients1/2 cup walnuts 1/2 cup fresh parsley, loosely packed 1 clove garlic 1 tablespoon walnut or olive oil 1 to 2 tablespoons hot water 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
DirectionsPut ingredients in a blender or small food processor. Puree about 30 seconds on high. Add water to desired consistency. Serve as a sauce for meat, fish, fowl, or pasta. You can also use it as a spread for crackers or bread.
