A breathtaking view of Long Island Sound will soon welcome patients and family members to the 7th floor as they enter through the new front door of The Norma F. Pfriem Cancer Institute. The new space will include the Dr. Richard W. Kmetzo Cancer Resource Center and a renovated outpatient chemotherapy infusion suite. On the 3rd floor, The Norma F. Pfriem Breast Care Center will soon open a new comprehensive screening and diagnostic suite, which will house state-of-the-art digital mammography and stereotactic core biopsy equipment. When these renovations are complete, cancer patients will receive their treatments with privacy and dignity, while enveloped in serenity and tranquility.
