Childbirth Preparation - One Day - ON-SITE

During this class, you will learn the essentials of labor & birth. Topics include: stages of labor, relaxation and breathing techniques, comfort measures, positioning, partner's role, pain mgmt, medications, cesarean birth, & postpartum adjustment. Newborn care is discussed during the one day class, or during your hospital stay if you elect the one day class. The class is taught by a certified childbirth educator & provides total prep for childbirth.
