Steeping Wellness: The Art and Science of Tea - ONSITE

Explore and experience the cancer fighting benefits of tea, as well as herbal remedies for side effects. This workshop will benefit those in cancer treatment as well as anyone curious about naturally available treatments. Enjoy a talk from Integrative Medicine Support Service's nutritionist, eastern medicine approaches from our acupuncturist, as well as a tea meditation from our Qigong teacher and live music created by a tea plant, produced by our music therapist. Join us for some tea sipping inspiration.
