Support Group for New Parents

Adjusting to motherhood and the new norm can be challenging. BH's Support Group for Mother's provides a safe and non-judgmental place for mothers to express their concerns, ask questions and resolve some of their anxieties related to motherhood. Facilitated by a certified lactation consultant, group participants will have an opportunity to share their thoughts and concerns. As mother's support one another, a sense of community is established and women are empowered to overcome their challenges.
