Walk 'n Talk Series

Bridgeport Hospital & Bridgeport Department of Health and Social Services are hosting a Walk 'n Talk series focused on postpartum health. Walk 'n Talks are free events to bring together community members for light physical activity and great conversations with local healthcare providers. Topics include stress, anxiety, nutrition, heart health, and more. Or strike up a conversation about anything else on your mind! This event is open to all ages and fitness levels. Strollers are welcome.

Pregnant and postpartum individuals. First-time moms/parents are encouraged to attend
