Patient and visitor parking at Bridgeport Hospital is free.
Handicapped parking is located on Levels 1 and 3, and on the Basement Level of the Kaulbach Parking Garage across from the main entrance.
Patient discharge and pick-up is on Level 3 of the Kaulbach Garage. There is no charge for parking when picking up a patient who is being discharged.
Please park in the Agnes and Ernie Kaulbach Parking Pavilion across the street from the hospital. The skywalk to the hospital is located on the third floor of the parking garage.

Bus Travel
Bridgeport Hospital is accessible by bus from throughout the region. Greater Bridgeport Transit Authority bus routes 13, 15 and 23 all stop directly in front of Bridgeport Hospital. Directions to Sikorsky Airport, Stratford CT
Turn right out of the hospital parking lot (Mill Hill Ave). Go to the bottom of the hill.
At the traffic light, turn right.
At the 2nd traffic light, turn left on Seaview Ave.
Look for the I–95 North entrance ramp to New Haven. (It will be on the left.)
Merge onto I-95 North; stay in the right lane.
Get off at exit 30, CT-113 N/Lordship Blvd.
Stay to the right onto Lordship Blvd (CT–113).
Continue down Lordship Blvd about a mile.
Turn right onto Lordship Blvd, which passes along the marsh.
As you continue down Lordship Blvd you will see the entrance of the airport on your left.
Directions to Bridgeport Railroad Station
Turn right out of the hospital parking lot (Mill Hill Ave). Go to the bottom of the hill.
At the traffic light, turn right.
At the 2nd traffic light, turn left on Seaview Ave.
Take 3rd right onto Connecticut Ave/Stratford Ave.
Follow Stratford Ave for 0.8 miles.
Turn left on Water Street.
The train station will be on the left.
Valet Parking
This complimentary service, for first-time arrival only, is available from 7 a.m. - 8 p.m., Monday-Friday to any Mom in labor. Please drive to the main entrance of Bridgeport Hospital on Grant Street and pull up the valet stand to take advantage of this service.
Maternity Stork Parking
Reserved parking spaces for a Mom in labor are directly outside the Emergency Department (ED) entrance on Mill Hill Avenue. They are available from 8 pm - 7 am weekdays and any other time on weekends. ED staff will escort Mom to the Labor & Delivery suite on the fifth floor.
When patients are faced with short- or long-term inpatient hospital care, families and caregivers can stay comfortably nearby. Find area hotels.
