Wheelchair Information

If you need a wheelchair to take a loved one from your car to his or her destination in the hospital, wheelchairs are available in the main lobby.

For Bridgeport Hospital patients, you may drive into the circle in front of the hospital, come inside to get a wheelchair and then wheel your patient into the lobby. Then we ask that you move your car into the garage.

For Bridgeport Hospital Milford Campus patients, you may drive to the main entrance, come inside to get a wheelchair, then wheel your patient into the lobby. Then we ask that you move your car to a spot in the parking lot.

The customer service representative or security officer at the front desk will call a member of the hospital staff to take your patient to their destination.
