Biography
Prior to coming to Yale, Dr. Housri was a Clinical Assistant Professor at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. A graduate of the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, she completed her fellowship at Yale School of Medicine and her residency at Rutgers. She is currently a member of the American Society for Radiation Oncology (ASTRO), the ASTRO State Captain Initiative, and the American Society for Clinical Oncology (ASCO). Dr. Housri’s clinical focus is in thoracic oncology and stereotactic radiosurgery. Dr. Housri is also Co-Founder and Chief Medical Officer of theMednet.org, the largest Q&A site for oncologists in the United States.
