Robby Romero, MD, is an anesthesiologist and says he enjoys the manual and intellectual dexterity required of his field.

I strongly believe that we as anesthesiologists are the ultimate patient safety advocates in the operating room.”
When it comes to reassuring patients, Dr. Romero says he tells them they have come to a reputable hospital with an educated and experienced staff. “We will take your care seriously, and know that you are a person who is someone's mother, son, or spouse, etc., and we will get you back to your loved ones.”
