Overview

Yale New Haven Children’s Hospital pediatric physicians, advanced practice providers, medical assistants and nurses provide family-centered care at our Bridgeport Campus’ Primary Care Center. Our team provides the full range of primary health care for newborns, infants and teenagers from physicals to sick visits. For adolescents, services also include reproductive health, mental health screening, treatment and referral services, and linkages to school-based clinics for follow-up of complex medical issues and contraception. 

We care for a child’s entire spectrum of development, from physical to mental health, to social and emotional health. The Primary Care Center provides health care that residents of Bridgeport and surrounding towns can rely on, where our priority is the health and well-being of children and families.
