Center for Expertise in Neurologic Rehabilitation

The Ahlbin Rehabilitation Center in Shelton is recognized as a Center of Expertise in neurologic rehabilitation. Our specially trained care team provides comprehensive, customized care to help enhance and optimize function and quality of life. We specialize in physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech language pathology including LSVT BIG, LSVT LOUD and vestibular rehabilitation.

Our multidisciplinary team treats a variety of neurologic conditions including stroke, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, functional neurological disorders, traumatic brain injury and post-concussion. We offer dry needling in addition to traditional physical therapy for the management of myofascial pain, trigger points and tendon injury. We treat pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients.
