Evan Gaudette, PA

Evan Gaudette, PA, a board-certified physician assistant, enjoys building relationships with patients and providing comprehensive, patient-centered care. Evan is particularly passionate about preventive medicine, patient education and helping patients make sustainable changes that improve their long-term health. He has a special interest in preventive medicine, acute care and chronic disease management. Having previously worked in an immigration clinic, Evan gained valuable experience caring for patients from diverse backgrounds and navigating their unique healthcare needs. He sees patients five years of age and older.

Evan earned his master’s degree from Sacred Heart University, where he received an excellence award for his master’s degree capstone research. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, spending time outdoors, and volunteering with organizations focused on environmental and community health initiatives, including Partners for World Health. Evan is board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
