Jacqueline Jervis, PA-C, a board-certified physician assistant, enjoys building long-term relationships with her patients and their families, providing them with comprehensive, compassionate care across all stages of life. Jacqueline values the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in her community by promoting wellness, prevention and early intervention. Jacqueline earned her master’s degree in physician assistant studies from the University of Bridgeport.
