Dr. Paul Fischer is a plastic surgeon board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Based in Milford, CT, he serves patients throughout New Haven and Fairfield counties. His work includes facial rejuvenation, breast surgery, body contouring, and reconstructive procedures, with recommendations tailored to each patient’s goals and needs.

A magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa graduate of St. Lawrence University, Dr. Fischer earned his medical degree from Brown University. He completed general surgery training at the University of Massachusetts, followed by a plastic surgery residency and a fellowship in hand and microsurgery at the University of Pittsburgh. He has been in private practice in Connecticut since 1989.
