Nutrition Counseling for Cancer Patients

Cancer treatments can take a toll on your body, draining your strength and robbing your appetite. But when you have cancer, good nutrition gives your body the energy it needs to heal. Nutrition Counseling with a registered dietitian can help you get your appetite back on track with foods and beverages that are healthy and appealing. The registered dietitian will develop a personalized plan for you based on a nutritional assessment, your specific needs and your lifestyle.

Our staff includes a registered dietitian who is a Board Certified Specialist in Oncology Nutrition. Consultations are available by appointment with referral from your physician. Counseling sessions generally take place at 5520 Park Avenue, Trumbull.
