Gastrointestinal Motility

The Gastrointestinal Motility Program offers comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of acid reflux and motility disorders of the entire gastrointestinal tract. Subspecialty-trained physicians apply the latest techniques and treatment, including diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in a multidisciplinary approach to patient care. Our physicians are experienced in the fields of acid reflux, motility, endoscopy and surgery.

Testing and treatment

In addition to routine evaluations, our gastroenterologists use advanced testing when diagnosing motility disorders such as high-resolution esophageal with impedance studies, 3-D high-resolution anorectal manometry, Bravo® pH testing, SmartPill testing and more. Patients have access to remedies that effectively treat motility disorders such as dietary modifications, endoscopy, radiofrequency (HALO) ablation, minimally invasive surgery and new clinical trials.
