A presentation by Stacey Rotta, MD, Burn fellow, earned second prize in the fellow/resident competition of the Southern Region Burn Conference in Houston, TX, Nov. 15. Her presentation was entitled “Effect of Obesity on Mortality and Length of Hospital Stay among Severely Burned Patients Admitted to a Major Burn Center.”
